Coastal Estate Cleanouts

About the work

Estate cleanouts for families, executors and realtors from Titusville to Jupiter. We walk the home first, give a written all-in price, and sort as we go: keepsakes and documents set aside for the family, quality pieces routed to estate sale, consignment or donation, and the rest hauled responsibly. Hoarding and senior move-out work done at the client's pace. Insured. The house is left broom-clean and ready to list.

Service area: Palm Bay, Florida and nearby.

Good questions to ask before any job

• •Do you do a walkthrough first and give a written, all-in price?
• •How do you handle items the family wants to keep, donate or sell?
• •Will you set aside papers, photos, cash and jewelry you find instead of tossing them?
• •Do you leave the house broom-clean and ready for the realtor or the next owner?
• •Are you licensed for hauling and insured for damage to the property?
